"Correct Design Debate" on Google Logo

Nowadays, a topic is becoming hot and that is nothing but about the logo. Which logo? Can you believe it? This debate is regarding the logo of search engine giant Google. What? Yes it is. Google's current logo is now becoming a hot debate topic in the tech world because many analysts say that it's 'G' symbol has not a perfect circle. Really it is? Come let's see with our point of view.

Look at the current logo. Is there problem with the letter? No because everyone can read it clearly. According to many tech experts and custom logo design agencies in the world, the 'G' symbol is not quite as circular as it appears on the first sight. Its curve towards the limb is not perfectly rounded. Also, the angles between the lettering don't line up, even colors too. But Google itself defined the decision on its Evolving the Google Identity, "The logotype 'G' directly defines the Google itself. But this G used to increase visual weight to stand at small sizes and contexts where it becomes mandatory to share space with other elements. The Google G is directly derived from the logotype 'G', but uses increased visual weight to stand up at small sizes and contexts where it needs to share space with other elements."

Google further explained, "We optically refined the circular shape to avoid a visual overbite at the point where crossbar and circular form meet with each other to create design on the same grid. The color proportions are in the full spectrum of logotype that's why a new 'G' is created to illustrate the point. This circular G symbol also divides its colors more efficiently and the result is subtly different logo with great visual weighing.

So this is the explanation for such people who think that Google's new logo has some problem and logo is not correct. The creative team of search engine giant conducts a thorough research before launching anything. Even after the launch, Google gives a clear and detail clarification about its product. To criticize is good but the criticism should be healthy and in a good manner.

BlogEasy - The Right Blogging App for Mac Users

As a Mac user, I always keep myself in search for different apps related to games, documents, blogging and almost everything. But as I am a blogger, I mostly seek such apps that are useful for blogging. For this purpose, I found many great apps to use in Mac but the very best I found is BlogEasy. It is a desktop blogging Mac app which is used to publish your post on WordPress blogs. It has a few set of core features as well as a clean and clear user interface.

You will find almost all the things which you think that necessary for blogging in WordPress. This app (with a great logo designed by professional logo designer ) basically provides two formatting options to the users. The first one is HTML and the second one is Markdown. You know about HTML but all people don’t know about Markdown. It is basically a formatting syntax that automatically turns plain text into HTML after publishing.

Here, remember one thing that BlogEasy is created to publish WordPress blogs only. If you work on another blogging platform then this app will not be useful for you. Many people think that this limits the working of this app but on the other hand, you think that WordPress is a major blogging platform and there are millions of WordPress blogs in the internet world which are running on daily basis. That’s why there is a good market of BlogEasy.

Now, the question is that how that app works? Many people ask from me about my experience before using this app. So I will let all them know that how it works. When you open the main overview of BlogEasy then it contains a set of functions on the top menu, list of your blogs on the left panel and on the right, there are your blog post details as well as the text editor.

Come to the BlogEasy dashboard. It is also very impressive for the developers who develop animation software for Mac. Open the app’s preferences in the dashboard, you will find adding and editing options of your blog. But keep in mind that you can only add one new blog in it, there are no options for others. If you want to add a blog then open preference, click on the plus sign which is on the left panel of the app.

A window will open where you will input the details of your blog such as blog URL, user ID and password. Provide all the information and then click on “Save”. The app will put your blog in the list of active blogs. Not only this, but also you can write and publish your blog post directly in this app.

Actually it depends on your blogging method. If you want to directly use BlogEasy then you can. The app provides this option too and the method is also very easy. To write a post, click on the text editor given in the app and begin typing. You can publish your post either in HTML or Markdown. When you finish the writing then pay attention to the main menu bar in which many options are available such as manage blogs, save, add, delete, publish, preview, etc. Click on the “Publish” button and your blog will be published.

Pros and Cons of Custom Logo Design

An online business logo has a high value and in today's world of technology, online businesses think that representing them through a professional logo is mandatory. When it comes to custom logo design then different companies have their different options. Normally, a custom registration design consists of two scenarios: the first is simply typing the name of the company with different elegant fonts such as the BBC, CNN, etc. The other are created with a special creative symbol such as the Microsoft logo Windows. Therefore, a custom logo design consists of these two. Here, let's discuss the pros and cons of custom logo design service. It is not necessary that there are only the advantages of a logo design. It has some disadvantages that exist and companies can not deny it. So come on let's discuss in detail the two.

First we will discuss about the advantages of logo design. Custom logos are specifically designed according to the existence of the company. High profile logo design agencies usually meet with the company and discuss about their philosophy, products and services. All discussions take place in the meeting as colors, contrast, design styles, fonts and designs. All these things motivate the company and you are surely interested in making a special logo that you want to represent as an independent brand. These design agencies also have different templates already made that represent the companies that they like and choose from them. Otherwise agencies create from scratch. Therefore, it is the greatest benefit that companies design their logos completely in accordance with their expectations. The biggest benefit of other custom designed logos is their uniqueness. The company exactly gets what it wants to represent itself.

Come to the cons of custom logo design. The first is that it is expensive. However, there are many logo design companies have been opened in the market that make cheaper logos for you. But still a professional logo is out of reach of small businesses, individual entrepreneurs and other low-budget organizations that have limited resources. The second downside is the time requirement too because creating a professional logo design is quite unpredictable. In case if you are in a hurry to start up your business in the market then you do not have time to wait for the custom logo and you would prefer to launch your logo design service. You can create a logo after the launch of your company, which is not a big problem.

However, companies in the online marketplace world believe that there are no disadvantages of a custom logo design. The reason is that the logos have been too cheap, they are easily affordable to buy for businesses. That's why small businesses have a flexible amount of money to buy a custom logo. To do this, I created a study design UK logo firms. At the end of the report then I learned that 99% of these logo design agencies create their logos for small businesses and they are winning very well. So I think definitely now, the logos have been too cheap and affordable for all types and stages of businesses.

Graphic Design: An Insight

Think that you are supposed to sell or announce something, convey or express a message, explain    complicated systems or demonstrate procedures, in short you have a message to communicate what you will do? You can disseminate this message, broadcast it through media or loudspeaker. All these methods will then come under verbal communication. On other hand if you will use a visual medium such as posters, drafts, business logo or magazine ad it will come under visual communication which is actually called graphic designing.

Graphic designers basically work with photographed, painted drawn or computer generated pictures, and they design letterforms as well which make up different typefaces we see in TV ads, movie credits, in books, menus, magazines and on many computer screens. Designers choose, create and organize various elements typography, the images along with the “white space” surrounding them in order to convey a message. Graphic designing can be seen everywhere in our daily life. Whether its a small thing such as a toffee wrapper or a billboard, a T-shirt or a TV commercial, graphic design is being used everywhere to inform, persuade, organize, stimulate, locate, identify, attract and provide pleasure to people.

Graphic design can also be defined as a creative process which merges art with technology to convey and communicate ideas. The graphic designer functions with various communication tools to convey messages from their clients to particular target audience. There are however various types of designs.

Image based design
A professional logo designer creates and develops images in order to represent the message and ideas which their clients require to convey and communicate. Pictures are very powerful tool of communication. They don't only convey information but moods, temperament and emotions as well. People's response to images usually depend on their associations, personalities and experiences.

Type based design
there are various situations when designer has to use the words in order to convey messages, but the designer use these words in a very different way from that of a writer. In designer's point of view the layout of these words are more important . This particular visual forms such as typography, handmade lettering, are used in various communication functions such as posters, product name on package etc. etc.

Image and Type based Designs
Designers sometimes combine typography and images in order to communicate a message. They use their creativity to present words and images in perfect balance so the right message is conveyed to the target audience.

Symbols and logos
Symbols are a very high form of communication and so are the logos. Symbols are conceptional representation of specific ideas or identities. On other hand Logotypes are identifications mostly related to corporations and they are based on a particular typographical treatment of words. Some identifiers may be hybrid, or a creative combination of symbols and logotypes. To create these symbols and identifiers, the graphic designer must possess a clear and sharp vision of corporation or of the idea that is to be conveyed or represented along with that of the target  audience.

Graphic design is a vast field of creativity and technology and possess a massive amount of interest and attraction for those who find the skills in themselves from the start. With right kind of guidance and education, one can make place in any of the areas of this vast field.

Lessons from Swiss Style Graphic Design

It is very interesting to note that the Swiss Style of Graphic Design in not just related to Switzerland, but is actually the international style of graphic design. The name, Swiss Style was given to it due to the fact that many Swiss graphic designers showcased their talents on a huge scale. Moreover, the majority of the pieces from the Swiss Style of graphic design are in the form of posters, stamps, institutional typographical identity, street signs and more such similar elements. What the most important thing about these designs was that they were intended more towards providing user friendliness.

The most basic thing that a professional logo designer can learn from the Swiss Style of Graphic Design is the clarity of message. The believed in making their point and delivering the exact message to their audience.

Moreover, there can also be seen uniformity in their deigns. This means that the patterns they created had a symmetry and uniformity in it and they did not believe in the haphazard style of designing. Furthermore, they also used whitespaces to their great advantage, following the concept of "less is more" and believing in the adage that "the content is the interface." Whenever you are designing a web page, you can make use of whitespaces and let the content and the text breathe.

What else is remarkable is that the Swiss Style of graphic Design used grid system too. The benefit of grids is that it makes everything fall in a very presentable order and you can see a very well formulated visual framework. The grid style also helps in organizing data in a very systematic manner.

There is also an emphasis on the font size. It is a very well known fact that the size of the font declares what information is important and what is less important. If you want to catch the attention of your reader and want your reader to go through some specific text on your webpage then you should take care of the font sizes of all the text on your webpage and apply font sizes based on the level of importance of your text.

Graphic designs are more than just patterns and texts; they also include pictures and photographs. A single picture is able to say a thousand words. The Swiss style made sure that photographs were given their due right in graphic designs.

A Professional Logo Guide That Will Help You To Get Success

An expert logo designed by professional logo design company can improve a business, an association, or a product. Then again, an amateurish logo can destroy a brand and its image.

Numerous logos being used are amateurish or so unprofessional and show their unprofessionalism by their work because everybody supposes they can plan an amazing logo, yet just feeling comfortable around Photoshop is insufficient.
